主要職責(zé):Responsibility for technical feasibility studies for introduction of new ETS components with external suppliers.- This covers the introduction of new ETS components as well as the maintenance of existing ETS components with external suppliers- The feasibility studies shall include the technical cost calculation for qualifying introducing the part (e.g. certifications, testing, specification updates, ect.)- Formal feasibility study reportingComponent qualification of ETS/KTS components, incl. - Component tests and verification according to the PULS internal specifications, incl. creation of respective test reports- Approval of raw materials for magnetics, e.g. bobbin, core, varnishing, etc.- Approval of raw material for PCB and insulation material etc.- Raw material check and verification- Develop, propose and coordinate design changes and improvements between supplier and R&D to achieve best in class and best cost components.- Decision making for the test result of the component based on PULS company standards and processes.- Technical interface between supplier and R&D- Coordination and execution of PPAP in QSYS-APQP for ETS component- Coordination and execution of KTS component approval projectsDefining and implementing Company Standards:- Responsible for supplier related Company Standards for ETS/KTS parts.- Participation for Design Rules for ETS parts.- Participation/Responsible for Test and inspection Company Standards (test specifications) for ETS/KTS part.****native components development for ETS /KTS parts, incl. search for ****native components, investigation and introduction of new technologies for related ETS/KTS partsResponsible for coordination of safety approval updates triggered by ETS component changes (e.g. ETS supplier or design changes).Support of component failure analysis and component DPPM improvements of ETS/KTS componentsParticipation in new supplier ****ion and development (incl. technical auditing, driving quality improvements)技術(shù)可行性研究職責(zé)負(fù)責(zé)與外部供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行新ETS組件引入的技術(shù)可行性研究。覆蓋新ETS組件的引入以及現(xiàn)有ETS組件的維護(hù)。可行性研究應(yīng)包括引入零件的技術(shù)成本計算(例如認(rèn)證、測試、規(guī)格更新等)。提交正式的可行性研究報告。ETS/KTS組件認(rèn)證根據(jù)PULS內(nèi)部規(guī)范進(jìn)行組件測試和驗證,并生成相應(yīng)的測試報告。批準(zhǔn)磁性元件的原材料,例如繞線骨架、磁芯、浸漆材料等。批準(zhǔn)PCB及絕緣材料的原材料。對原材料進(jìn)行檢查和驗證。在供應(yīng)商與研發(fā)之間開發(fā)、提出并協(xié)調(diào)設(shè)計變更和改進(jìn),以實現(xiàn)最優(yōu)性能和成本的組件。根據(jù)PULS公司標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和流程,對組件測試結(jié)果進(jìn)行決策。擔(dān)任供應(yīng)商與研發(fā)之間的技術(shù)接口。協(xié)調(diào)并執(zhí)行ETS組件的PPAP流程(QSYS-APQP)。協(xié)調(diào)并執(zhí)行KTS組件的認(rèn)證項目。公司標(biāo)準(zhǔn)定義與實施負(fù)責(zé)與供應(yīng)商相關(guān)的ETS/KTS零件公司標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。參與ETS零件的設(shè)計規(guī)則制定。參與/負(fù)責(zé)ETS/KTS零件的測試和檢驗公司標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(測試規(guī)范)。ETS/KTS零件的替代組件開發(fā)尋找替代組件,研究并引入新技術(shù)以應(yīng)用于相關(guān)ETS/KTS零件。其他職責(zé)協(xié)調(diào)ETS組件變更(如供應(yīng)商或設(shè)計變更)引發(fā)的安全認(rèn)證更新。支持ETS/KTS組件的失效分析及DPPM改進(jìn)。參與新供應(yīng)商選擇與開發(fā)(包括技術(shù)審核、推動質(zhì)量改進(jìn))。招聘要求:本科及以上學(xué)歷。電子類相關(guān)專業(yè)。主動元件和被動元件(如MOSFET、二極管、晶體管、電容、電阻、保險絲、繼電器、LED)的制造知識開關(guān)電源相關(guān)知識電子元件測試知識3年以上組件工程師或相關(guān)崗位經(jīng)驗對相關(guān)規(guī)范和行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)有良好理解,如UL、IEC磁性元件故障分析以成本最優(yōu)設(shè)計組件良好的英語口語和書面表達(dá)能力強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任心良好的溝通能力和團(tuán)隊合作精神
