Tasks:1. Sales Operations & System Building (Freeing up the Deputy GM’s capacity and enhancing team efficiency)?End-to-End Management: Oversee all daily sales operations, including organizing and reviewing weekly/monthly sales meetings, cleaning and analyzing sales forecast data, and coordinating internally on order delivery timelines to ensure a healthy sales funnel flow.?Building Systems from Scratch: Lead the introduction and implementation of our local CRM system. Establish standardized protocols for customers segmentation, project tracking, and sales methodologies. Address the current pain point of "lack of systematic approaches" by achieving visualized and data-driven sales process management.?Team Empowerment: Responsible for the daily coaching, sales skills training, and performance appraisal of the 16 person sales team to improve individual combat capabilities and overall team productivity (revenue per capita).Strategy Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration?Policy Formulation & Recommendations: Based on market insights, develop pricing strategies, promotional plans, and sales incentive policy recommendations for approval and execution by the Deputy General Manager.?Internal Collaboration Hub: Serve as the core interface for the sales function, efficiently coordinating resources from factory production, logistics, technical support, and the German HQ. Ensure rapid response to customer needs and guarantee delivery satisf****.?Compliance & Cultural Stewardship: Uphold the values of a German family-owned enterprise - "prudence, compliance, and long-termism." While pursuing performance targets, ensure the standardization of business processes and maintain a strong employer brand image.Requirement:Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in automation, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or related fields.Industry Experience: 8+ years in complex B2B sales, preferably in industrial automation, intelligent manufacturing, new energy, or high-end equipment sectors. Proven success in managing both standard products and customized solutions.Management Experience: 3+ years managing sales teams of 10+ members. Demonstrated success in building sales systems, implementing CRM, or driving team performance.Business Development: Strong "hunter" mentality with a track record of securing key accounts and opening new markets.Data-Driven & Execution-Oriented: Skilled in data analysis and goal-setting, with a focus on executing strategies and driving results.Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, able to coordinate internally and negotiate externally with both sales teams and executives.Cultural Fit & Language: Strong alignment with multinational corporate culture. Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing) with experience in meetings conducted in English. Prior experience with German or Western European companies is a plus.Complementary Traits: Self-motivated and able to manage a sales department independently, complementing senior leaders in strategic planning.
