Develop and carry out the plan of sales and marketing ****ives for responsible lines of product including sales volume, profit forecasts, pricing policy, market share and so on. 制定并執行負責產品線的銷售和營銷目標計劃，包括銷售量、利潤預測、定價政策、市場占有率等；3. Together with sales team to develop customers of big OEM or projects, trace andmonitor product application in key customers and provide quick and effective solutions for problems in terms of relative products.與銷售團隊一起開發大型OEM或項目的客戶，跟蹤和監控關鍵客戶的產品應用，為相關產品的問題提供快速有效的解決方案；4. Prepare the marketing program details such as system data, catalogues, marketing samples/demo systems, technical documents, user instructions, markets survey & analysis report and so on.準備營銷計劃的詳細信息，如系統數據、目錄、營銷樣品/演示系統、技術文件、用戶說明、市場調查和分析報告等； 5. Analysis of domestic market in regard of technical and market survey, include market size,market trends, main p**** of the market, ****, performance and certification required,target product, price levels etc.技術和市場調查方面的國內市場分析，包括市場規模、市場趨勢、市場主要參與者、地點、所需性能和認證、目標產品、價格水平等；6. Competition analysis, include main competitor, market share, technical specification, pricing, sales channel, specific requirements of customers and competitors product performance etc.競爭分析，包括主要競爭對手、市場份額、技術規格、定價、銷售渠道、客戶的具體要求和競爭對手的產品性能等. 7. Provide product & application trainings/case study internally and externally, establish application reports and presentation for various markets.制作產品及其應用的培訓和內外部案例分析，并不斷更新和完善，為不同市場建立應用報告和演示. 8. Pre-section new product development and be part of product/system development team.預備新產品開發，并成為產品/系統開發團隊的一員. 9. Support quality management in customer complains and supply chains.支持客戶投訴和供應鏈的質量管理. 招聘要求Requirements:1. Strong Mechanical & Hydraulics knowledge豐富的機械和液壓知識2.
